Shay Zafrir is the CEO of Efficient Finance. Prior to Efficient Finance, Shay led the innovation of Bank Hapoalim's commercial and retail divisions under the bank's co-GM and CEO. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the Institute for Strategic Thought and Praxis that developed strategic war planning for the Israeli Military top command. In the early 90's, Shay led the establishment of the Israeli Army's PC based Computer Training (CBT) center. Shay holds academic degrees in business (MBA), law and economics from the Tel Aviv University.

Moshe Hadar is a co-founder and president at Efficient Finance. Moshe has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of business management and finance. Hadar held executive management positions as EVP & CFO of Flextronics (Israel), a world leader in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and publicly traded on NASDAQ and previously, as EVP & CFO of USR Group, a holding company of various high tech subsidiaries. Prior to that Hadar was a CPA with Deloitte & Touche and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Moshe is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a bachelor degree in economics and accounting from Haifa University and a Master degree in Law from the University of Bar Ilan.

Dr. Jay M. Tenenbaum, better known as 'Marty', is an executive board member and chief scientist at Efficient Finance. He is a world-renowned Internet commerce pioneer and visionary. He was the founder and CEO of Enterprise Integration Technologies, the first company to conduct a commercial Internet transaction, secure Web transaction and Internet auction. Dr. Tenebaum founded CommerceNet (1994) to accelerate business use of the Internet. He co-founded Veo Systems (1997), the company that pioneered the use of XML for automating business-to-business transactions, which was acquired by Commerce One (1999). He then served as director and Chief Scientist of Webify Solutions that was later acquired by IBM. Earlier in his career, Dr. Tenenbaum was a prominent AI researcher, and led AI research groups at SRI International and Schlumberger Ltd. Dr. Tenenbaum is a Fellow and former board member of the American Association for Artificial Intelligence, and a former Consulting Professor of Computer Science at Stanford. Dr. Tenenbaum graduated from MIT with a degree in electrical engineering. He also holds a Ph.D. from Stanford where he conducted reasch in Artificial Intelligence.

Yaniv Rahimi is Efficient Finance's CTO. Yaniv has over 20 years of experience in software development architecture. Prior to EF he held position as development technology leader at Aladdin, a leading provider of security services and solutions. Earlier in his career Yaniv served as a software engineer at Arel Communications and Software, provider of interactive voice, video, and data web communication solutions. Yaniv holds BSc Degree in Computer Science and management.

Yossi Dauber is co-founder and the first CEO and Chairman of Efficient Finance. Dauber served as the Co-General Manager of Bank Hapoalim (the largest Bank in Israel with $100 Billion in assets). Dauber held a number of senior executive positions in the bank including heading the commercial division, heading the corporate division, chairman of Isracard (the biggest Israeli credit card company) and more. Dauber holds degrees in economics and business management.

Yossi Shahak is a co-founder of Efficient Finance. Yossi served as the President of institute of the CPA's in Israel. Earlier in his career Yossi established an accounting firm called "Shahak, Peer Reznik and co.", which later merged with the PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Yossi serves today as a director in various leading companies including Bank Mizrahi Tfahot and Psagot investment house. Yossi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds degrees in economics and accounting.

Meir Lavi is a co-founder and the first CIO in Efficient Finance. Lavi is responsible for EF’s highest level of professional expertise in strategic IT development and security. He is an army veteran with more than 35 years' experience in IT management, headed the Software Infrastructure unit of the Israeli Intelligence. He then joined Discount Bank as a leader of a huge project of renewing the entire Bank's technology systems. Lavi graduated from Tel-Aviv University with degrees in Electrical Engineering, with excellence, and an MBA.

Professor Israel (Izzy) Borovich is a co-founder and former member of the Board of Directors of efficient Finance. Izzi is a Professor Emeritus of Computers and IT Systems from Tel Aviv University. Formerly the Chairman of the Board of EL Al and CEO of Arkia, currently the Chairman of Ayalon Highways (Israel) Ltd, he is an outstanding example of a scholar who integrates diverse academic research with extensive business and managerial experience in Israel and worldwide. Professor Borovich holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and a Ph.D. degree in Operations Research from the Polytechnic Institute in New York City.

Yaacov Emek is Efficient Finance's COO. Yaacov has over 20 years of experience in sales and service, most of it in the financial services industry. Prior to joining EF, he was Director of Marketing & Sales of commercial credit solutions at Visa CAL. Earlier in his career, he served as the Credit & Risks Director of Yatzil finance. Yaacov holds an M.A in Financial Economics and Business management from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
